We want you to get the faster support possible, to help you with your order. Please note, emails take at least 24-hours for a response. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm so you will only receive a response during these hours.

Where is my order?

All orders, from the time they are placed, take up to 7 working days to be shipped.Before getting in touch to check on your order status, please review the how long it has been since you placed your order.

Can I track my order?

Everything is sent via courier service with full tracking information, tracking numbers are attached to your order and despatch email. If you have entered your mobile number at checkout you will receive a 2 hour time slot on the day of delivery. 

Labels are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. If you have ordered more than 5 labels these are usually sent via the above courier service.
